The Patient Pulse Vol. I: Medication Adherence


This month we took a closer look at medication adherence: the consistency with which a patient follows their provider’s recommendation with respect to timing, dosage, and frequency during the prescribed length of time. We asked about respondents’ adherence to and attitudes towards the medications they are taking, how they discuss medications with their clinicians, as well as other factors that may affect their adherence such as mental health, financial wellbeing, and psychosocial support.
