Patient Pulse Volume 2 | Issue 4: Pharmacy Engagement


In this month’s Patient Pulse, we looked at pharmacy engagement. This report summarizes the responses of 247 respondents from 41 states across America. 95% of participants were diagnosed with at least one chronic condition. We looked at:

  • satisfaction level with their pharmacy and likelihood to recommend
  • frequency of engagement with their pharmacist in regards to pharmacy services
  • thoughts or beliefs associated with their pharmacy experiences
